The book Gender Justice: Fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is primarily a collection of the selected research submissions on vital issues concerning Gender Justice received as part of the National Conference organised by School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Delhi NCR Campus. Part 1 of the book focuses on Gender-based violence and Sexual offences; discrimination based on sex and the legal issues surrounding the same has been addressed, and the remedies to redress the injustices caused are provided. Part 2 has dealt with concerns surrounding Domestic Violence Act, and it critiques the efficacy of legislative and administrative measures in combating domestic violence in India. The authors analysed the removal stigmas of domestic violence, barriers to expeditions justice, and the role of legal machineries, Gender Mainstreaming and Inclusivity is addressed in Part 3 of the book Primary attention is on the right of transgender Persons. Part 4 of the Book has addressed Gender Sensitisation and Representation for advancing justice towards progressive society to appreciate and accept differences. Fundamental freedom to choose and live according to one's sexual orientation and to recognise and protect dignity is highlighted in this book. Part 5 addresses discrimination based on gender under the personal laws of India and comprehensively covers the need for bringing justice and equality. Barriers to growth caused by access to technology and the mechanism to create social inclusitvity and reach ability are addressed in Part 6. This book is an enabler for proposing and formulating polices and laws to strengthen Gender Justice and its various facets.
