ABOUT THE BOOK

The General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), under the World Trade Organization (WTO), governs the international trade in services, including healthcare services. According to GATS, services are traded across four modes of supply. The trade in healthcare services through GATS' four modes of supply offers both opportunities and challenges for India.
