About the Author

Ravi Singhania, is a B.Com. (Hons.) graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and studied law at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. With over two decades of experience, he has been bequeathed with innumerable legal accolades and has been consistently rated as India’s top corporate-M&A, dispute resolution, and project finance lawyer.
