Some of the issues, like multi gestational pregnancies. financial aspect of IVF treatment, pre implantation genetic testing, fertility preservation (cryopreservation) and gamete donation, are hanging with the ART. Effect of ART on women's health is another major concerns over the use of the ARTs. Though need of Legislation to regulate Assisted Reproductive Technology is fulfilled by the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act 2021. But serious concerns over its use, implementation and application are still on.
