The role of judiciary in interpreting various critical aspects of elections has also been analyzed. Various important Indian statutes such as The Representation of People's Act, 1950, The Representation of People's Act, 1951, The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 have been discussed in detail in different chapters along with the statutes of UK and USA like the Representation of People's Act, 1983 and the Civil Rights Act, 1964. In addition, empirical research has also been conducted to understand the perspective of people towards different facets of elections.
