Dr. Vaishnavi Yashasvi is serving as Assistant Professor-II at the Amity Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (AIALS), Amity University, Noida. She holds a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and has approximately three years of experience in legal academia. She teaches Criminal Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and Human Rights and is actively engaged in postgraduate instruction, particularly mentoring LL.M. students in advanced legal studies. Her areas of academic interest include Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Human Rights, and International Law. She is deeply committed to guiding LL.M. scholars in research methodology, dissertation writing and publication-oriented work, fostering a culture of rigorous, ethical, and socially responsive legal research. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual clarity, critical reasoning and the practical application of legal principles to contemporary challenges.
