This book was published in 2020 with title 'Arrest and Investigation' which was dealing with aspects contained in Criminal Procedure Code 1973 and present edition is completely a new book with title 'Arrest and Investigation (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023)' and it will deal with criminal procedure relating to arrest and investigation provided by Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023.
