Dr. Ashish kumar srivastava is an assistant professor at the faculty of law, University of Lucknow. An L.L.M. gold medalist from law school, Banaras Hindu University, he did his PH.D from National Law University, Jodhpur. Dr. Srivastava started his career in National Law University, Jodhpur, in 2008. He has several publications to his credit in reputed journals. He delivers lectures in Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Human Resource Development Centre, University of Lucknow, Public Sector Undertakings, Allahabad Bank, Policy Research Institutions, Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration & Management and various reputed organizations. He is an executive editor of the Lucknow Law journal and of the newsletter of University of Lucknow. Dr. Srivastava is the author Property Laws. (LexixNexis) and law of Partnership & Limited Liability Partnership, Corporate Governance: Emerging Dimensions (Thomson Reuters).
